Welcome to Sonoita, AZ, Home to Sonoita Heritage Coffee
We only use 100% Arabica, fair trade beans. They are handpicked and handcrafted from ideal climatic conditions, making it possible to achieve a great coffee with maximum quality and a delightful taste.
We roast our coffee with small batch roasters which gives us the ability to manually control all stages of our roasts. We have tested our roasting techniques through trial and error, and have come up with profiles that we are sure you will enjoy.
